Plushes received in bags are kept in their bags even when photographed. Plushes received without bags are immediately photographed and placed inside bags. If the original bag is not air tight it may be replaced with a new bag.

Plushes may arrive vacuum sealed to reduce shipping costs, unless they contain a material that can be damaged by vacuum sealing.

Boxes are unopened unless there is heavy damage to the box in which case they'll be opened to verify the condition of the figure. Torn boxes are only considered damaged if the tear is more than 1/2 inch.

Items come from a smoke free, dog friendly house.
