Shipping

We use flat rate shipping.

• Orders Under $125 USD = $15 USD ($20 CAD)
• Orders Over $125 USD = Free Shipping

Boxed items will be shipped in a box with appropriate protection to prevent damage, while soft items will be shipped in poly mailers. Multple soft items or a mix of boxed and soft items will be shipped in a box. Large orders may be split into multiple packages.

Orders will be shipped with either Canada Post, Fedex, UPS or Purolator. Orders placed in the USA may be sent over the border by a 3rd party company who will then hand it off to USPS.

Orders are usually shipped every Monday and Thursday.

Pickups

Pickups are available if you are located in Winnipeg. Please contact us at [email protected] with the items you would like to purchase and we will arrange a pickup time. Only cash or e-transfer are allowed for pickup orders. There are no shipping or handling fee for pickup orders.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Once we create a shipping label for your order it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

Returns are not accepted.
If the item you received was incorrect or damaged, please take a photo in the original packaging and send it to us at [email protected]. In this case we will offer a refund or give an alternative resolution.
